North Cascades Basecamp Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposits:

All reservations require a Deposit of the first night's lodging plus 9.7% tax which will be charged to the credit card number provided by the registrant at the time of reservation. The Balance due will be charged upon departure of the registrant's stay at the Basecamp.

Cancellations:

Winter and group reservations require 60-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a full refund of their Deposit paid. Summer reservations require 14-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a full refund of their Deposit paid. Multi-day reservations are expected to be fulfilled for the duration of the planned stay or are subject to this cancellation policy.
