North Cascades Basecamp Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Deposits:
All reservations require a Deposit of the first night's lodging plus 9.7% tax which will be charged to the credit card number provided by the registrant at the time of reservation. The Balance due will be charged upon departure of the registrant's stay at the Basecamp.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Since we are a family-run business, we try to work with each guest as a separate entity. Since we are a small business with only 6 rooms, winter and holiday reservations require 60-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a refund for their Deposit paid. Summer reservations require 14-days notice in order to provide cardholder assurance of a refund for their Deposit paid. All cancellations are subject to a 12% handling fee. Parties are responsible for the entirety of their planned stay. For cancellations after these dates, we will try to re-rent your room, and if possible, a refund of the entirety of your stay will be granted minus the 12% handling fee.
Damages:
You are responsible for any and all damages that you or a member of your party may have made beyond normal wear and tear during your stay. You agree that you are responsible to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of damaged items. You agree to pay for any excessive cleaning charges that occurred during your stay.
Please Note:
- All prices are daily rates based on single or double occupancy per room.
- Extra person charge of $25.00 per person (summer) and $50.00 per person (winter)
- Children 3 and under are free; extra person charge for children 12 yrs and under is half price
- Cabin breakfasts available upon request
- Breakfast is at 8:00 am in the lodge
- Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is 11 am
- We are a no smoking facility
- We do not allow pets in the facilities. All Four Paws Country Kennel or Rovers Ranch would love to board your animal
