If your organization is considering a retreat, meeting, wedding or other event in Mazama, the North Cascades Basecamp offers a beautiful rural location, set among an organic garden, cedar forests, open meadows, and in close proximity to the wilderness of the North Cascades. We provide full garden-fresh, home cooked meals and comfortable lodging. Groups are provided with access to the Basecamps’ facilities, including meeting room, dining room, gardens, sauna, swimming and fishing ponds, the Methow River, and loop trails on our 23 acres. We can host up to 24 people staying at the lodge and octagonal cabin, and up to 100 or so people for your event. If you need additional accommodations for overflow guests, please look online at Central Reservations at http://www.centralreservations.net/ or at lodging in the surrounding Mazama area. Local caterers provide excellent food for such an occasion. See details of our room accommodations. Call to ask about rates that will fit your needs and event/ retreat plans. We do accept government rates.
